The residence visa has to be renewed before its date of expiry. The Emirates ID of a UAE resident is legally valid only till the date of expiry of the resident visa.

All UAE residents are supposed to renew the residence visa within 30 days after the date of expiry. The 30 days time-frame is the grace period provided by the concerned GDFRA. Failing to renew the residence visa in the stipulated time will not be entertained and the resident will have to pay the fine amount connected with the same. The fine amount starts from AED 25/day.

If needed, you are also allowed to renew the residence visa prior to the date of expiry. This can be done with the consent of the concerned GDRFA.

Family visa renewal Dubai

Family visa in Dubai is easily gettable if you can satisfy certain prerequisites prescribed by the government.
Our branches in Dubai and other Emirates also provide Family visa services Dubai (Visa stamping and renewal) for UAE residents. In order to sponsor family members, you are required to produce additional documents comprising of work contract, salary certificate, marriage certificate etc.

We have a fully equipped branch that undertakes Visa renewal procedures in Ajman.

Every UAE resident is required to renew the resident visa before its date of expiry. The validity of the Emirates ID ceases to exist after the expiry of the UAE residence visa. Hence the visa renewal procedures are mandatory.

A resident has to renew the UAE resident visa within 30 days after the date of expiry. The GDFRA of the concerned Emirate provides a 30 days grace period to accomplish the renewal procedure.

After this grace period it is illegal to live in the Emirates without renewing the visa. Any attempt to continue without renewing the residence visa is considered as an offence and it may attract fines or other legal complications. The fine amount starts from AED 25/day.

Visa renewal prior to the date of expiry is possible by obtaining the permission of the GDFRA of the concerned Emirate.   

Visa renewal Ajman requirements

A UAE resident is required to renew the residence visa after the completion of the date of expiry. And this is mandatory under law. The Emirates ID of a UAE resident is invalid if his or her residence visa has been already expired.

An expired UAE resident visa has to be renewed within 30 days post the expiry date. And this period is known as the grace period which is provided by the concerned GDFRA of the Emirate.

Any attempt to continue with the expired residence visa is considered as an offence by the UAE government and it may attract legal issues and fines. The fine amount is AED 25/day.

If you have special reasons to renew the residence visa prior to the date of expiry, you are allowed to do so. You may do it after obtaining the consent of the concerned GDFRA in advance.

Every residence visa in UAE is issued with a specific duration. UAE residents are required to renew the Residence visa after its date of validity. The Emirates ID of a resident is legal only if he or she holds a valid residence visa.

After the date of expiry of the residence visa, the UAE resident needs to renew the same within 30 days. This 30 days duration is the grace period provided by the GDFRA of the concerned Emirate.

Failure to renew the visa within this grace period is considered as an offence and the resident will have to face its legal outcomes in the form of fines. The fine amount for staying in the UAE for a single day after the grace period is AED 25.
